Nesselroad Signs on with Nesselroad

Mark Joseph Nesselroad begins the New Year by joining his father, Mark Richard Nesselroad, and the entire Glenmark Holding team.  As General Counsel and Vice President of Corporate Strategy, Mark J. Nesselroad’s responsibilities will include oversight of the company’s legal affairs and corporate strategy.

Mark received his B.A. in Economics from Davidson College and his J.D. from West Virginia University.  Prior to joining Glenmark Holding, Mark was a lawyer with Steptoe-Johnson, PLLC in Morgantown, WV where he focused his practice in the areas of real estate, commercial transactions, and business organizations.

Mr. Nesselroad is the Treasurer of Morgantown High School Foundation, Inc. and is also a member of Morgantown’s Comprehensive Plan Update Steering Committee and Joint Vision Group.  In addition, he is actively working on completing his M.B.A. at West Virginia University.
