Located in the heart of Cheat Lake, Cheat Landing is comprised of multiple office/retail buildings. The development will include five buildings with a mixture of retail services, restaurant, and professional and medical office users. Glenmark welcomed Linkous Law and Benninger Law firms to Building A in the fall of 2020. The Landing Dental Spa and a physical therapy office round out the last two professional office buildings in the Cheat Landing development. Remaining space is available within the front retail building fronting Cheat Road (Route 857). The retail building is comprised of 7,810 (+/-) SF with 2,200 SF of space available across two suites. The remaining spaces are currently leased to Almost Heaven Desserts, Cooper James Salon, Posh Nails, and First United Bank & Trust.
300 Wedgewood Drive is a newly renovated office/flex building which totals 19,171 square feet. Glenmark Holding has renovated the building to create multiple office suites that range in size from 70 SF to 2,500+ SF. Single office opportunities with a shared conference room are available at this location.

Congratulations to Mylan Park on the official opening of the Aquatic Center at Mylan Park! We are proud to live and work in a community with such an impressive, state-of-the art 90,000 SF facility, featuring a 50 meter Olympic pool, diving well, and a community pool with water slides, play features, outdoor splash pad, and more. This facility is the result of community partnerships among Mylan Park Foundation, WVU, Monongalia County, Monongalia County Schools, Hazel Ruby McQuain Charitable Trust, Huntington Bank, and others, including volunteer time by Glenmark personnel. Particularly, Glenmark’s CEO (Mark R. Nesselroad), a Mylan Park Foundation board member, played an integral leadership role in accomplishing such an innovative project that will spur further economic growth for decades to come.
Cumberland County Hospitality LLC, managed by Glenmark Holding LLC, is in the final stages of construction of a Mainstay Suites in Carlisle, PA. The hotel is approximately 57,428 square feet, including 106 rentable sleeping rooms, as well as interior/exterior community spaces, breakfast nook, grab-and-go marketplace, guest laundry, fitness center, and business center. This hotel plans to open its doors in mid-June 2021.
Via a unified approach, Glenmark is proud to partner with Shepherd University to accomplish a multi-faceted public-private-partnership project that advances the University’s vision for transforming its future. Glenmark Holding was selected to develop the area into a new gateway to showcase the University to visitors entering the campus and town via the Potomac River bridge from Maryland. Possible uses include facilities for extended-stay hospitality, an alumni center, healthcare services, support services, and new accommodations for academic, residential, commercial, recreation, and entertainment venues. The PPP project will comprehensively view and progressively address campus-wide goals identified in the Campus Master Plan that will, in turn, help achieve Strategic Plan objectives. Glenmark looks forward to collaborating with Shepherd and community stakeholders on a successful venture!
